How often should I practice yoga?

For best results, I recommend practicing 3–5 times a week. However, even 2 sessions a week can create noticeable physical and mental benefits when practiced consistently.

What styles of yoga do you teach?

I primarily teach Hatha Yoga, along with elements of Ashtanga Yoga, breathwork, meditation, and alignment-based practices. My sessions focus on strength, flexibility, mobility, posture correction, and mindful movement.

Is pregnancy yoga safe? Who can join?

Yes, pregnancy yoga is safe when practiced under proper guidance. I am a certified Pre & Postnatal Yoga teacher and design sessions specifically for expecting and new mothers. Women can join after medical clearance from their doctor, usually from the second trimester onward.
